Licenses & Certifications: Avid Inspections Team

Avid Inspections is a Kansas City home inspection team led by owner Alex Clark. Alex is an InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) certified inspector and a Certified Master Inspector®, and every inspector on our team is trained to the same standard. Although most certifications allow online education, we also believe in hands-on training, and Alex has mentored under several Certified Master Inspectors. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that our team has the experience and knowledge to help you make a well-informed decision on your home purchase.

Buying a house can be a significant financial and emotional investment. We understand that, and we take it seriously. We want you to be confident that your future home will be a safe and sound environment for you and your family, not a financial drain or a source of worry. Our inspectors are dedicated to giving you a complete understanding of the condition of the structure and systems in your home.

Thank you for considering Avid Inspections. Please call or text us at (913) 662-3354 or email us at office@avid-kc.com with any questions. We’re based out of Grandview, MO, with inspectors also based in Liberty and Smithville, MO, and we inspect homes across the entire Kansas City metro in both Missouri and Kansas.
