Founder and Master Inspector
Growing up, I was always the kid taking things apart to figure out how they worked. That curiosity naturally evolved into a passion for understanding how homes are built, how their systems work together, and how to identify problems before they become costly surprises.
Today, I'm proud to be a Certified Master Inspector® (CMI)—a designation earned through experience, education, and a commitment to the highest standards of the inspection profession. But I've always believed that real expertise comes from continuous learning, not just collecting certifications.
That's why I regularly train alongside roofers, structural engineers, foundation specialists, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other industry professionals. Every home teaches something new, and I believe the best inspectors are lifelong students of their craft.
For me, a home inspection is about much more than creating a report.
It's about helping people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with confidence.
